Shipping & Returns

For orders that ship directly from our home office, we utilize FedEx for domestic orders and USPS for international orders. We also provide the option to ship via USPS Parcel Post on paper orders and other orders weighing up to 3 lbs. If shipping via USPS is available, it will show up in the shipping options. All other shipping rates are actual live rates as quoted by FedEx when you place your order. Please remember that it is ALWAYS less expensive to ship to a commercial location on domestic shipments when you have the option to do so. Tracking numbers are provided on all FedEx shipments originating from our corporate warehouse.

In addition to the items that we stock, aimeej keepsakes utilize drop-shipping from various designers and manufacturers, particularly when an item is custom made or includes personalization. When that is the situation, we do our best to find the shipping method available that fits most closely with the method you have chosen. We also do our best to get tracking numbers on these products when they are provided to us. If you are ordering a handmade or custom item and do not receive a tracking number, please let us know and we will initiate an inquiry with the designer to provide an update on your order status.

Reading the estimated processing/shipping time for each item will give you the most accurate time frame on when you may expect shipment to occur for your order.

Returns

In general, you may return any item for any reason unless the item is considered custom-made or personalized. Please read individual item descriptions carefully to determine the return policy for that item. Also, because items ship from various warehouses and must be received back at the appropriate location, we ask that you contact us (susan@aimeej.com) prior to shipping a return. We will respond with the correct return address and procedure. We are sorry but we cannot reimburse shipping charges on any returned item nor can we reimburse for returns that are damaged during shipment. Thus, we highly recommend that you carefully wrap and insure returned merchandise.
